Week Three!

So today is again weigh in day but I've cheated through the week. Ive been weighing myself every morning lol but I couldn't help it. All of a sudden the weight is just falling off. Almost 1kilo every two days :) I'm so happy with this weeks results!.

Starting weight (26.08.13) = 100 kg
Week 1 (02.09.13) = 98.7 kg
Week 2 (09.09.13) = 98.0 kg
Week 3 (16.09.13) = 94.9 kg
Weekly Loss = 3.1 kg :laughing:
Total Loss = 5.1 kg
Goal = 70 kg
Mini Goal = 85 kg by December

The only changes I made was to add a glass of Metamucil with breakfast every day, fish oil tablets with every meal and a Rapid Loss shake for lunch. Hopefully this weight loss will keep up at this pass. I am increasing my gym workout as I get stronger and stronger so hopefully my body will play nice this time round and actually want to be thin!
