I weighed in today and have lost another 900 grams. I now weigh 96.0 Kgs. which brings my total weight loss to 5.5 Kgs over three weeks.
Again, I am happy with the overall result. I am a little disappointed having a weigh in of less than 1kg however.
This Friday, I am due to go back to my Doctor so will be getting put up to the 30 mg tablet and will remain on this for the next couple of months.
I am still convinced that Duromine is really helping me - previously with just dieting I would not have lost 5.5kgs over this short space of time.
