Weighing in - HELP!

hi everyone

A bit of a stuggle on my side. I get tempted to weigh myself every time I see a scale :( then I get discouraged when the number fluctuations. Any tips on when one should weigh themselves? Would really appreciate any tips!

They say weekly but most of us are too nosy for that lol.
Omggg don't weigh yourself at different times of the day it can change by like 2kgs some days from the morning to night.... Yes yes I have tested that theory If you want to hop on the scales do it first thing every morning then nothing for the rest of the day or it is disheartening to think you have not eaten yet gained weight (which yes will change again by the morning )

I'm struggling with not weighing myself once a day - I usually weigh myself once a day, in the morning after my shower before breakfast with no clothes. I have found that keeps me on track for the day. That being said, when I've been active and been good with eating and I don't see a loss, - THAT is what is getting me down atm.

I have the same obsession of weighing myself every morning and the scale just stay on the same kg i think its best to go leave the scale at a friends house or a place where you wont be able to get hold of it and only go weigh yourself after 7days at your friends house,absence in sight results in absence in mind,so you wont think of weighing yourself every morning because a scale can either make or break your weight loss journey and for most of us it breaks because we never get the results we want
