What does eating on a typical day on Duromine look like?

Hi all!

Hope you are all going really well and seeing great success.

I have been on Duromine for 3 weeks now and seen 0 change. I am sure its something to do with what I am eating too many/too few calories or carbs etc.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to share an example of their typical meals through out the day while on Duromine? Thought it might give me some ideas on what to change/substitute.
