1 week down and I'm still feeling really good, although I am starting to feel slightly hungry at night but have not given in to the temptation. I've also had an urge for chocolate or something sweet. What does everyone do in this situation. I don't really have anything to substitute with.
I'm sleeping better and don't have so much of a dry mouth but am continuing to drink heaps of water and also 3-4 cups of green tea.
