your not alone, Insomnia can be a side affect with Duromine use
first of all make sure you are taking it as early as you can, just after breakfast is a good guide,
make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day, this is important
Exercise helps as well, even walking is a great way to exercise!
i'm not a 'gym junkie' so to speak but i find walking is wonderful, and is so good for you.
iv'e had experience in all 3 strengths, it's really important to take Duromine early in your day
remember to stay Strong and Positive.
