I'm the same as you, I also weigh 105kg! It's hard to get motivated, but hopefully this forum can help you
I don't know how physically active you are, but maybe just start walking for a bit each day? Or even seeing about downloading an app on your phone for some short workouts? I think there's a few called '7 minute workouts' which might be alright
