Over half way though the day, Was able to nick out for another workout, slightly sore from the weights yesterday so I just did cardio, Rowing machine, then stretched.
Still feeling good, noticeable still is the reduced hunger, which is nice, feeling lighter overall, have cut a lot of sugar out of my diet, and my intake of volume of food is much less too!
