Magnesium is my NEW BEST FRIEND

Who could think such a little thing like a mineral can help you on your weightloss journey and your fitness journey ....I AM ALWAYS READY to try new things in my life, be it food or clothes, or exercise etc ... In this case it has been exercise, I START off gr8 the first few days, positive motivated and ready to go... but in the past few months every time I begin to exercise, I get an awful ,dull ,lingering headache after exercising, and it continues through the night until the next morning which puts me off of wanting to exercise the next day , even with loads of water and hot bath/shower and headache tablet, it just will NOT leave me , THIS USUALLY goes on for about three days, and if I stick to exercise, through the head pain, it is usually gone by day 4, so many theories , lactic acid , muscles are weak, in my neck, etc etc... I used to take a multivitamin and then stopped taking them, for no reason, and then it dawned on me that I had magnesium in my multivite, and that I needed to incorporate it again, as my hubby is marathon runner and he swears by it.. so Monday I started taking them again, still got my headache , but it only lasted the evening, and then went away , day two no headache, today day 3 feeling gr8 and had a fantastic cardio workout, hoping it will continue this way, and that there will be no setbacks this week, as it will be my first week weighing in on Friday having exercised and eating 1200 cal ..HOPING FOR GOOD RESULTS THIS WEEK... Hope you are all having a positive week, and if not , keep going!! , these weeks do exist ,we just have to find a way to keep and have them every week lol ..
