Measurement Update 13th - 27th March

So its been exactly a fortnight today since I took my measurements, and I am currently on my 7th day of Duromine.

Was skeptical if those half inch losses were real, but I am using the same tape measure and (ladies take note because I think this is important) the exact same bra I wore on the 13th of March. I have drawn a little stick figure in my journal to note where I am taking my measurements and I measure in my bra and knickers.

MEASUREMENTS

Upper Arm:
26 Oct 18: 13.5" - 13 Mar 19: 13" - 0.5" loss
13 Mar 19: 13" - 27 Mar 19: 12.5" - 0.5" loss

Full Bust:

26 Oct 18: 43" - 13 Mar 19: 42" - 1" loss
13 Mar 19: 42" - 27 Mar 19: 41" - 1" loss

Waist:
26 Oct 18: 37" - 13 Mar 19: 35" - 2" loss
13 Mar 19: 35" - 27 Mar 19: 34.5" - 0.5" loss

Hips:
26 Oct 18: 44" - 13 Mar 19: 44" - same
13 Mar 19: 44" - 27 Mar 19: 43.5" - 0.5" loss

Upper Thigh:
26 Oct 18: 23" - 13 Mar 19: 20" - 3" loss
13 Mar 19: 20" - 27 Mar 19: 19" - 1" loss

Calf:

26 Oct 18: 15.5" - 13 Mar 19: 15" - 0.5" loss
13 Mar 19: 15" - 27 Mar 19: 15" - same.


Total 2 week loss: 3.5" or 9.2cm

I am really aiming to lose another 3" off my waist, but sit ups and crunches are paining my hip. If anyone has any suggestions to target that area I would love to know.

Hi dear! How are you doing today? I'll try to find alternatives for these areas of your body. But still, I am always PRO swimming and exercising in water if you have any joints conditions. Looking forward to hearing your news!
