3 & a 1/2 weeks on Duromine so far.
I haven't seen the scales move very much the past few days, so I'm going to start recording my measurements aswell. I wish I had recorded these from the beginning!!

Waist - 88cm
Hips - 110cm
Arm - 40cm
Thigh - 64cm
I'm hoping there will be a change in cms when I don't see one in kgs.
