So it’s week 3 day 6 and I have spent the last week flat out doing a big clean of inside my house and also a lot of yard work and now I am finally done. I have found that I have gotten myself used to being more active and now I hate sitting for too long not doing anything, where as before I could happily sit and binge watch tv shows all day. I really dislike walking alone in public because I feel like everyone is staring at me but I’m getting really restless at home with nothing active really to do and I have no kids with me today so I think I’m going to suck it up and take the dog for a walk.
I have been really disappointed with what my weight has been doing so far this week but I am loving how I have stayed motivated to be active and continue to eat healthy. I am feeling more like my old self and just better in general despite what the scales have been saying. Hoping that this is the start of a new me and not completely due to the effectiveness of duromine. I read somewhere that it takes 21 days for something to become a habit so that is what I am aiming for, to make this side of me a habit. Although that’s easy to say now while my kids are out, my house is clean and I’m not stressed or frustrated about anything.
