I promised to keep you all posted regularily but life gets so busy sometimes. I just want to quickly inform you that in a month of duromine intake, I have lost a total of 8 kilos. I never had sleeping problems. Had slight headaches in the first week. My throat is no longer dry but I am used to drinking water by now. I do get hungry at times, but before I eat,I drink plenty of water. This afternoon I am buying my second prescribed Duromine. Tomorrow morning will be the start of a second month.
Good luck to everyone on this journey with me. I cheat sometimes, but I do it knowingly and I forgive myself and try to workout a little harder to ease my conscious
