After more than 3 weeks off duromine - I have decided to fill script #3 today and ride with it... lost didley squat on first 2 so will just restart with new stats:

OMG GW: 54kg
Progeession hopes: 1 to 1.5kg down per week
First Happy Dance: 72
Second: 68
And thereafter: every 3kg down
First reboot capsule soon to be taken... today (once I fill the script)..
