Weekend Challenge

Food wise Saturday was a bit of a challenge. A routine and packed lunches during the working week help me to stay clear. Stress and being out of my comfort space made it difficult to watch what I was eating. Breakfast was good. Lunch not so good- and supper just so so. My goal this week is to plan my meals better and especially at the weekend.
Sleep wise last night was a lot better. In bed for 10.00pm and woke up at 6pm.
Started on week 3 of C25K. Did great. Hurray we are winning.
Looking forward to my first weighing on Wednesday.
