I started last sat too. Have lost 6.5kgs. For last 2 days it’s stayed at that tho. 1.7 is great! U should be stoked! I’m pretty sure a lot of mine has been water. I haven't exercised a great deal 2 days of bootcamp i think i need 2 at least start walking more. Yea, not so much exercise either. Not intensive anyway, I try to walk dogs or bike ride most days, but it’s not for long. I downloaded an app to watch my cal intake (no more than 1200). I’ve been GFDF for months already but have been holding onto sugar and potato chips so that’s what’s been the biggest change for me - no sugar and chips. I eat pretty light going during the day at work generally but have a good meal at night. I am the same if i am honest i need 17kgs but it feels impossible to me so i will just b happy with 10 and i will b happy to slowly chip away at the rest.
