Hi Rob! Well done on your self-control during the party and following eating and exercising. Man, you rock! CONGRATS on the weight loss!!! Almost 9 kg in 2 weeks, are you serious??? That is amazing!!!

How is your skin doing? Hopefully, swimming will help it cope with such a fast weight loss… Swim more, if you can… not necessarily 1 hour every day. At least 15 minutes, but very very active, even pool exercising… You lose weight fast, so take care that you don’t have sagging skin. (Not trying to discourage, but doing my best to warn you and show care for your results. =)) ) Cheers!

PS. Do you have any before photos? So that you can change them with after, when you finish the course. They can become a huge motivation to keep improving yourself, feeling extremely proud and never coming back into the same ‘shape’.

Hi April, Thanks for your support and kind words! Yeah feeling pretty good about my results, My goal for this week is trying to crack under the 100 by weigh in, I know that mite be crazy, but i can only try haha, Im not changing anything, just keeping to my routine etc. I do have before photos and yeah it will be cool to see the change after the course. I am booked into see the doctor after this first course, it will be interesting to see if he puts me up for a second, as i think i read somewhere it can be a 3 month course?
I think my skin is doing OK, I dont have any sort of dangle'y bits, I've noticed it in my pants belt, I'm pretty much back to my thin'est hole!! and getting closer to that next one!

Yes, Rob. 3-month course is the longest time you should be using Duromine non-stop. If you need to continue, you need to take a 1-month break, and then you can continue using it. This stuff is pretty strong and can be addictive, so no more than 3 months.

Glad to hear about the skin. It is one of my biggest worries for any person who loses weight. Again, I am extremely happy about your success! The belt immediately shows you how much you managed to lose. And, while your goal is quite ambitious, I know that you will smash it (if not this week, but the next one for sure)! =) High five and make this motivation of yours grow stronger together with your muscles!
