Yes. Once i start sleeping better i will introduce the following. This previously helped me shed 32kgs. From 102kgs to 70kgs. I gained weight recently hence duromine need.
Plan was as follows:
Monday,Wednesday and Friday Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: Apple, hand full almonds ( around 10) and fresh cucumber
Dinner: small serving of boiled chicken breast
Snack: cucumber only ( water based)
Water: 3 Litres if possible
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Breakfast: Tea or coffee
Lunch: small leafy salad with a protein if possible
Dinner: small serving of red meat
Snacl: apple
Water: 600mls
Sunday Not strict but portion control
This should provide enough energy to complete daily tasks and water stimulates flushing of salts. Also note i rarely season my meat. Salt retains water greatly. Dressing is vinegar or balsamic mixed with a bit of oil.
