I just notice a well being in myself.. as for my back I cant say that I have.... but I have noticed other things that I did struggle with are not so bad.... as in sometimes sitting on a chair or getting off it etc
How funny you say that I am about to see a specialist and that is something I was going to ask, I wouldn't even mind seeing a exercise physiologist again I know they say I need to work on my core which helps strengthen the back... I have found some on youtube so until I see her I will keep going the way I have
I noticed my tummy was bloated yesterday at first I thought what have I eaten? and then I realised its nearly that time of the month again thank goodness my hunger is not as bad as last time... touch wood!

Looks like we’re on the same wave… =) Great idea to visit the exercise physiologist! High five! Just don’t put it out for too long. It is very important.
Hmm… that’s another change I see in your eating behavior, which pleases me quite much. I mean… you would usually know it’s that time of the month by your desire to eat everything you saw (if I am not mistaken), and now there’s no sign of this (touch wood thousand times, hope I don’t jinx it). Be strong, dear! Be strong… =)))
