Hey Dee!!! Wow, you’re already back into exercising! I am so happy you’re feeling better, and I see your eating regime is also back. How much time you have left on Duromine? I lost the count.

Good you monitor the water intake and congratulations! You didn’t cave in or gain 3 kg while recovering. Give yourself a good pat on shoulder. =)) a great day to you!

Hi April yes feels so good.... even if im not jumping I can feel the difference and even lost 100 gm yesterday  they say after a week of no exercise you can loose 40% of your strength? I keep looking at the pilates machine ;) might lower it and see how I go ... I think my Dr was going to keep me on it till I get close to a transfer and have to stop... I see her either this weekend or next and will see what she says

I know touch wood I am so grateful that i didn't put on 3kg ... well I did put some on but not too much.I am glad that l can say I am back to where I was especially as I was naughty and did no exercise.. maybe l was not as naughty as I thought... anyway l am getting back on track.... so nice my partner walks past touches me and says look at the weight you have lost... its a nice feeling.... and even better when I see what l look in a dress etc wishing you a great day too:laughing:

18th May woo hoo 100 gms lighter 80.3

Breakfast was a boiled egg and toast, lunch was some mortadella with olives and 2 crisitini sticks, I made vegetable patties for dinner, snacks I had some yogurt and 5 licorice pieces and some superfood berries/seeds, I also had a green tea and a hot choc made with water... plus I had more water today... Ive also taken some tablets to ensure I get some internal movement tomorrowo_O

So I increased some of my movements today still 40 minutes of zumba but I could feel my arms more so i know I am getting a good workout even if its not a full one and with the fast leg moves and jumps etc I just raise my knees up and down to my chest area ... Ive become good at improvising on some exercises that dont work for me and incorporate movements that do, I keep looking at the Pilates machine and might try some squats on it.... may not be able to do the arm ones as it may pull on my stomach area but i should be okay with the leg ones... will see how I go... if not 1km on the bike sounds like a plan ;)

Till tomorrow

Oh hey! I am sure you are also looking forward to the day when this misprint becomes a reality. =)) Your mind doesn’t want to make up with the idea of not being in the 80’s =)) Positive thinking! Right thing to do!

Good, good, that you help yourself being regular. And bow to you for trying to get back to your usual intense exercises as soon as possible. Work it, girl =)) Try to use the Pilates machine… sloooowly and carefully… everything sounds like a perfect plan! Woohooo! You’re back! Way to go!

PS. Be proud of yourself! Your partner is so proud of you… aww... that is so cute… =)

ha ha I thought what is April going on about then I read my post re my weight and you know what it worked! well i didn't see 80's on the scale but i did see 89.9 yep! so it worked positive thinking got me into the 80's LOL as usually I wont be too excited unless I see the same weight tomorrow ;) to think if i loose another 4-5 kg ive lost a whopping 20kg brings a tear to my eye knowing ive done that! and come so far.... I brought a pair of boots the other day they were on special I brought a pair last year and they were perfect as they fitted my calf... well these are loose around my calf

So today's weight 89.9 19th May

Breakfast was a boiled egg, slice of toast lunch was beetroot dip and 5 crisitini sticks for snacks I had an apple and some yogurt and 2 sugar free boiled lollies, Ive had a water hot choc and half milk half water pretend coffee plus my water... dinner is a pie so i will eat the insides and maybe half the top of pastry o_O

Ive done 40 mins of Zumba and I did 10 squats on the Pilates and 10 inner thigh ones

Till tomorrow wishing everyone a great weekend:laughing:

Out of the 90's well done! You can and will do this.

Hope you have a super weekend.

Xxx

CONGRATULATIONS!!! No more 90. You don’t get too excited if you don’t want to. I am! =))

That boots test of yours shows how much you achieved with willpower and strength.. it also shows how much shopping you will have to have =)) oh my… I can’t imagine how much pleasure you will get from trying all new clothes. =))

Good, good, only half of the top pastry sounds ok. Conscious eating - A+ for that!

You too have a lovely weekend! Cheers!

22nd May, weight is still the same 89.9 so nice to be stuck in the 80"s rather that the 90's

Well my Pilates machine made me jolt a little on Saturday I thought it was in place and wasn't, it wasn't a huge jolt but enough for me to say hello.....so for the last 2 days I haven't been back on Il just have a little break for a couple of more days. Sunday I did no exercise and gave myself a rest as I was a bit sore but back to zumba today 40 min. as I am feeling better.

Breakfast was cereal and milk lunch was a ham and salad sand which, dinner was steak with veggies ive also had an apple and 8 licorice pieces during the day plus my water, I am about to have a hot water choc... after i do i zumba its a new one so short but sweet it is suppose to burn 100 cal I did it earlier but need a few attempts to get all the moves:cool:

Till tomorow

Hi Dee!!! How is it going? How do you feel, dear? Kicking the a.. of that Pilates machine already? =)) Cheers!

So... today is day one on Duromine 30mg. I took it at 7:30 and I'm not really energized like the doctor said... but I've pee'd twice in 1.5 hours... lol

I haven't done measurements (will try later) but starting weight is 129.7kg... rarely exercise (due to low energy and insulin resistance - but Metformin takes care of my sugar) and a healthy dose of PCOS there too... lol No kids... just a lovely hubby and some birds

Let's see how I go!

So glad I found this forum! But man, Duromine is expensive in Australia! $100 for 30 days worth...!

Note to self, eat something with your Duromine tablet... lol
