Hi Supremekerry! How are you today? Did you manage to rest during the weekend?

Hi Kyl! Just dropped in to say hi and see how you are doing. Does 30 mg provide you with the necessary effects? Cheers!

Wednesday 12th

91.8 is still with me... have a migraine so not a a very eventful day, i feel ill with the migraine and nibbling makes me feel a little better... so I didn't take my tablet today as i took a very strong pain killer to try and stop it from lasting too long (normally 3 days when i get one) so I have managed to do 2 kms 30 fast 10 slow that was hard... I will see if i can do the Pilates later back to bed for me now

l had a crumpet with peanut butter and honey for breakfast, lunch was tuna sandwhich, snacks were 2x apple and 4x rice cheese crackers, couple of biscuits, dinner some chicken soup... about to have a hot chocolate.. plus i had my water

Till tomorrow

Dee

Hello, poor Dee. So sorry the migraine did get you. =(( Take it easy on yourself. You know better than anyone else what you need and what you should (not) do to make it go away faster.

Looks like your body is testing your willpower. 91.8… I wonder how soon this figure changes… hope by the end of the week. =) Take care, dear

Hello Mission 75! What’s cooking? =)) How are you doing? Still motivated to go on? have a great day!

Hey Dee, I am sorry you had a migraine attack, I know what it is, my mom suffered from it most of her life((. Three days, yes, it usually lasted that long. If you don't mind, I know about a medication she used to take last time, which was the only thing that helped without side effects. You can find some info online about it or ask your GP to prescribe it. It is not available without prescription as you might guess. The active substance is called Zolmitriptan, but the brand name may differ. There is another one, but I can't remember the name...something that ends with ...triptan, as well. The trick is to "catch" that time when your migraine starts and take the pill immediately, otherwise nothing helps. Take care, dear Dee.

Hey, poor thing. How is your head? Wish you a faster recovery, Dee!!!

Hi April and Kate,

I wish you both a happy and safe Easter

Thank you both for your posts, yesterday I did nothing yesterday was still not 100% but heaps better today :) I am the same as your mother Kate they usually last 3 days so I feel blessed that I am feeling better today, I will look for that medication, I wonder if that is what my Dr mentioned once to me... I will ask next time I see him... :)

I haven't weighed myself well i did but it was the same (I guess thats good because I have been in bed ) but the time was different so I am not counting the weight today and yesterday I just didn't do it, as its good Friday today here we spent it with my partners family and Sunday his mum and my family will be here... so I had half a hot cross bun for breakfast, prawns and salad for lunch and dinner was a home made fish burger and another half a bun and one mini chocolate earlier plus my water and have my tea ready to go ;)

so as I wasn't feeling 100% and I have been out most of the day I have done 20min zumba and just did 2 x 30 legs and 2 x 20 for the arms on the pilates machine, I will do 1km on the bike after I type this :) at 30 fast and 10 slow..

Till tomorrow

Dee:)

Hi Everyone and Happy Easter,

I wanted to post now as today will be another crazy day... just had my tablet and might see if i can get another hrs sleep back/legs are killing me all night so not much sleep

Yesterday I just didnt stop, I am so sore today not enough resting yesterday for my back but I hope all the hard work has paid off and today wont be so bad and I can rest and enjoy the family gathering, I didnt do one exercise yesterday :( but I moved all day any way, breakfast was a hot cross bun and lunch/dinner was a pizza 2 slices of a small one some water but should have had more... head a bit fuzzy today and thats why

my partner said the other day I am really proud of all the hard work you have done to loose this weight you look amazing... aww gosh..... I cant wait to wear my new dress and flash this new body off today to the rest of the family  oh please let the sun come out LOL because it might be a bit cold otherwise :(

today will be a naughty day and i know that so later I will get some exercises in before everyone arrives I have made a super indulgent cake and made it square so I can cut even and small slices (for me mainly) I so hope it has turned out first time I have made a cake with mousse in it so hopefully all the layers have set

I will update when I get a chance in the meantime remember we will do this and if you are like me and will eat something a little naughty today, keep it in moderation and don't forget we must burn that off... well I do... as I dont want to undo all my hard work o_O

Hi April The day went really well the weather was lovely, everyone enjoyed the food especially the slow cooked lamb and chocolate cake ... everyone got some to take home ;) It was a very nice day spent with family

As for me my brother in laws parents couldn't get over how much I had lost, everyone thought i looked fabulous and were all very curious to know how much I had lost so with a burst of pride I said just over 14kg

I hope you and your family had a lovely Easter?

Legs and back were really bad by the end of easter... usually I can hide it but I struggled to even sit and an Auntie saw the pain on my face :( but good news is I am doing allot better... I am lucky I didnt go back to work until today:laughing: I needed those 2 extra days to recover

Wednesday 19th

Today I had an egg and 2 apples for breakfast, lunch was dry biscuits with cheese and home made onion dip... craving sugar so I also had half a choc egg medium one and 4 jelly beans... need to get back on track I had a pretend coffee with almond milk and dinner was lamb with salad plus ive had my water i will have my tea tonight ;)

Exercise I have done 35mins Zumba, 3 x 12 for the arms using 3 bands, and 4 bands doing 2 x 30 reps for my legs. so I just went and rode 2km, 30 fast 10 slow, until the last half of the km and I did 20 fast 10 slow... I just didn't have the energy I would have thought by now i would have more stamina... but lack of iron probably doesn't help... doesn't matter I rode 2km thats better than nothing... well now i am off to make my tea ;)

two posts in one today 22nd and 23rd April both days weight has been 91.3

I have a new organic shop that has opened near by and they sell senna leaves so guess who brought some... constipation is killing me, the other tea i brought was very mild so I will research later on how many leaves to have tonight in my tea

I am going in for day surgery on Wednesday and to be honest I said to my dr unless the other fibroids affect a pregnancy let them be... being a little silly as i thought key hole surgery will stop me excising plus there is another reason that was stopping me from saying lets remove them all. I only have a month or so to go before I will need to wean off etc and I want to loose more weight... and exercise helps with my loss, and to be honest I am scared that old habits will creep back in :( and i will stop excising....the other fibroids are large and I have read any fibroid can affect live births soooo I can walk can't I... thats exercise!! maybe I can do some zumba in a week? thinking it will be more like 2 and maybe I might have a soup day etc to assist when I am unable to move much I will ring my specialist tomorrow and let him know I want them all out besides thats also only one op.... needless to say my mind is all over the place at the moment

Today when I saw my Dr she was over the moon with my loss and said you have lost nearly 6 kilos in a month ba ha ha didnt have the heart to say actually its been 6 weekso_O... and she used my scale weight at home rather than hers which makes me 500g-1kg lighter, still I felt like the last 6 weeks have been not as productive but it has it has all added up... she said she spotted me the other day and she could see the loss... I joked that I will loose my lower belly with the fibroids removed LOL i wish! but it may just make a difference as they are on the outer.... the big ones anyway.... blood pressure still spot on so another month here I come and I need to make the most of this...and stop stressing I have done really well and I will do well over the next 4-6 weeks

Okay onto my days details

Saturday
Breakfast apple, lunch egg and bacon on toast, dinner home made gnocci tea, and pretend coffee, water snacks 3 sugar free lollies, 4 marshmallows

Exercise 40 Mins Zumba 12 x 2, with 3 bands for my arms and 30 x2 with with 3 bands and the machine lifted up on a angle even harder only did 2 of the arms because one of the exercises would have or could have made my arm worse noticed it was sore on certain movements doing zumba also did 20 minutes on the vibration machine

Sunday

Pretend coffee for breakfast, home made pizza tomato for lunch, and dinner plus water and 6 min licorice pieces
pilates machine - 12 x 3 with 3 bands for my arms and 30 x2 with with 3 bands for my legs, 30 minutes on the vibration machine, 30 mins zumba

Till tomorrow wishing everyone well and remember a loss is a loss and eventually those small loses will add up to a large one

Hi Everyone, ;)

A quick post today as you can see I haven't been on as I've been busy, I go in for surgery tomorrow and found out last night it is going to be a bigger operation than was planned... but thats good for my body so I am happy... and who knows i may loose some weight once all the fibroids are removed, I may be away for a few days or even a week just depends on how surgery goes etc

I am pleased to say my weight is now back to 90.8 (welcome back) yesterday being Monday the 24th it was 91  that's 500gm in 2 days im very happy with that

Feeling excited and nervous as i have a feeling exercise will be out for a little longer so needless to say Ive been doing 30 mins the last 2 days on the vibration machine and pushing the weight on my Pilates machine... 2 things I know i wont be able to do for some time....all being well I will be able to get some exercise tomorrow morning thinking of getting up early so I can do zumba and drink water LOL cant do that with no water.... other exercises I can.. thats it for me ..... I will return once I can sit and type and will try to jump on and read posts on my mobile to see how everyone is going

I hope everyone is doing well...
