Hi April thanks for checking in on me. I'm getting maybe 4 to 5 hours sleep a night most nights. I've been watching the scales and disappointed to see no more weight loss even though weigh in day isn't till Friday yes I know I shouldn't have checked lol. Anyway decided I would up the exercise and eat less as obviously not doing enough.
So starting Monday 40 mins swimming breast stroke and 40 mins treading water and 30 min walk. Tuesday 2 walks 30 mins each walked just over 5kms. Wednesday (today) 35 min walk and 20 Mins various exercises at free outdoor gym. Downloaded the my fitness app and can use it to monitor calories so can see I've been eating approx 1000 to 1100 calories. Drinking 2.5 to 3ltrs day water. I have had spells of feeling hungry which I didn't think would happen on duromine but have resisted just ate couple of almonds which factored into the calorie count.
Feel like I've obviously messed up my body being so fat for so long but I'm hanging in there how long can I keep holding on to this fat surely the scales will have to go down eventually!!
