Thursday 30th March,

92.9... but im not sure if thats correct as I weighed myself an hr earlier:confused:... I will know tomorrow morning:)

Breakfast was oats with little honey, snack was an apple, 2 cristini sticks half a slice of cheese and a slice of home made fruit cake 2cm x 1, lunch was a almond milk smoothie with ginger, blueberries and vanilla protein, dinner is minestrone soup with lots and lots of veggies:) lentils barley etc even have purple cabbage cant wait oh a little bacon o_O... I can only go so long with no veggies and since the weather is a little cooler soup is ideal ;) I will have another tea before bed

Exercises 50 min zumba, 10 on the vibration machine, one..... 40 sec plank :laughing:2km on the bike using the higher number 30 fast and 10 slow... l was going to do 2.1km so I could get another 30 in but I struggled so I stopped at 2km, so the last bit of the 2km I did 20 fast not 30 ;) feeling very happy with the increases I even managed to learn 2 steps in zumba that I was struggling with :)

Fingers crossed for that dress to fit just perfectly! And a nice hairstyle and some fresh-looking makeup… they won’t recognize you. =) I am sure your eyes are sparkling even brighter now. And I am sure your head is higher than it used to be. The confidence you feel is something irreplaceable. Treasure it and never forget what you had to go through.

You know, I also think you will keep exercising. You got the taste of it and I see you like it. Being active always gives you more energy and great mood, that’s, of course, besides a fit body. =)

Oh April I hope your right.... 92.5 today :laughing: surely I can loose 600 gm by Monday BUT I wont get too excited or it wont happen... I just have to be good on the weekend o_O

Yes so true I wont forget ;).. weighing myself every day will help keep me on track too... I think I like the exercising because it is helping my metabolism and look good besides... Im not getting younger and its really important to move... as they say if you dont use it you loose it:eek: I will be keeping some of my fat photos as a memory of what I dont want to 'look like again

ha ha thanks! not only are my fingers crossed.... but you should see me walking with my toes crossed o_O

Well my tea last night worked... :cool:

Breakfast was a boiled egg and apple, matcha tea and a pretend coffee with almond milk, lunch was 4 cristini sticks and a almond milk smoothie with half a banana and choc protein, dinner was roast chicken with coleslaw... in a roll :oops: gosh it was so good I could have eaten another but I didn't I just picked at a little chicken :cool: plus ive had my water

I feel like I am getting a migraine it comes and goes.. so not feeling 100%... I have some crap at work going on so I think that is making my brain go into overdrive... anyway I have done 10 min on the vibration machine and 40min zumba... I will do 4 x 10 pilates... after I finish this as I am going to go to bed with my water;)

Sorry about the migraine, hope it goes without coming back. And please, try to not let problems at work make you feel down or put you under stress. If there is something you can change to make it better, then do it. If you can’t, then don’t stress up, it’s not up to you to solve the problem. Stress is a very bad companion to a weight loss progress.

Oh I know the other day I didnt want to do anything... but I thought im not letting this issue get the better of me... so I really really pushed myself... anyway... I am doung my best not to think of it unless I have too Yes the migraine didnt come.. thank goodness

Saturday 1st April
Weight 92.5

I just had an apple for breakfast, lunch was fish and a few chips with salad, dinner was a chicken sand which with chilli from the garden boy was that hot, I snacked on a small slice of cheesecake and some chocolate... I made chocolate eggs for Easter gosh they look good if i do say so myself i coloured the chocolate:cool: anyway...
Exercise 1 1/2 hrs zumba, 2 km on the higher number on the bike 30 fast 10 slow, 10 minutes on the vibration machine, and 5 x 25 pilates - arms legs and a 35 sec pretend sit

I will be back later to post today's ... my weight reading is messed up as its daylight savings the times are different :( .. anyway i am sure by the end of the week I will be back on track

Sunday 2nd April
92.5kg... maybe? daylight savings so l weighed myself at a different time.... I might do another weigh in on Tuesday or Wednesday.... il see IF i can hold out ;)

today had a late breakfast/early lunch.. egg and bacon sandwhich with chilli:laughing:, dinner was a curry and some rice.... snacks have been 2 apples, one when l got up, 2 cristini sticks plus lots of water

exercise wise ive done 55min zumba, 10 on the vibration machine, 5 x 25 on the pilates machine arms and legs, 35 sec plank and l will do a 35sec pretend sit before bed... and l will have a tea:rolleyes:

Monday 3rd April

Okay I couldn't resist LOL weight is 92.5

Breakfast was a boiled egg pretend coffee, snacks were 2 apples, 4 mini licorice pieces, lunch was 2 cheese rice crackers (27 cal per slice), plus 4 cristini sticks and a slice of cheese, dinner was a slice of pork, plus veggies... and water ;)

Exercise ive done 10 min on the vibration machine, 5 x 20 pilates, 45 min zumba

Guess who has a mini muscle... on the top of my arm......... me :laughing: first time ever!

Till tomorrow... I will do this! :)

What's cracking Team D

Been a bit Mia but I'm back!!

Food was good good good..... but a lil slip on the weekend

Wednesday
Breakie vege fritata
Snack green Texan
Lunch bacon burger no bun (bacon tomatoes beetroot red onion wrapped in lettuce)
Snack banana
Dinner chicken n veggies

Thursday and Friday was pretty much the same except it was porridge for breakie and tuna rice vege combo for lunch and knocked back 6ltrs of water each day. I'm certain that I'm keeping the toilet paper company in business lol

Here comes the weekend

Saturday
Very busy so I didn't really eat. By the time afternoon snack time came I was soooooo hungry. However I managed to limit myself to popcorn boiled eggs and two pieces of bacon

Sunday
Breakie Eggs on toast
Nothing to eat until 2pm - absolutely famished
I had sushi and some of the kids fries ekkkkkkkkk
I tried to make it up by taking them to the park to chase them around

Further to this I thought I would not take my pills in the weekend and wow what a difference. Whilst I wasn't that hungry in the morning I found I was really tired!!! I just thought I would try something different.

Haven't weighed in but will do tomorrow until then..............

Ha!!! I already started writing a message to you, and here you are with some news! Thanks for the update! =)

Ok, ok, slipped a bit, but are ready to go on with healthy eating and exercising – and that’s great! Love the idea of compensating for the extra calories with an active walk in the park with kids.

Did you make it to the swimming pool? If not, leave everything aside and do it! =)) Kidding. Of course, I understand you are a busy person. still, this is what you are doing for yourself, and your kids, and everyone who cares about you. So, if you don’t do something you think is a “very important thing to do about the house” and get into the pool, you will find out that you are packed with forces to do that “thing around the house”, too. Sports always help us be more energetic, and help us manage doing a lot more things. =)

So, you missed 2 days of Duromine, and it’s a new start this week. Wishing you a smooth second entry and hope you will have great results this week, too. =)

yes im very pleased with the muscle....:cool: its a first for me... I tried a couple of different ones tonight on the pilates machine... I tried 2 different ones for my arms tonight... I could only do 5 :eek:
 
Tuesday the 4th April,

surprise 92.5.. who would of thought :confused:... better than a gain so I am not complaining ;)

Breakfast was an egg on toast, snack was a almond pretend coffee and an apple, lunch was 4 cristini sticks some dip and 2 cheese rice crackers, dinner was piece of fish boiled potato and salad I snacked on 4 licorice pieces.

I did 25 min on the vibration machine, 45 min zumba, 4 x 20 pilates exercises and 2 x 5 min of some different ones, 1 x 35 sec plank, I also accomplished another zumba... go me! oh did I mention I have a muscle ha ha :p

I am deciding if I will have a hot milk drink before bed its been ages since I had one

Had a fabulous day today :p

Breakie banana and Greek yoghurt
Snack handful of almonds
Lunch salmon salad crepe
No snack
Dinner chicken and corn
3ltrs of water today

So I went to the doctors today (not weight related) and they weighed me and I nearly fell over!!

Weight is 125.1kgs
So another 4kgs gone
Now I'm mindful about that seeing as we have different scales so I'm in two minds about whether it's real or not??? But if it's a loss, I'm definitely going to take the win!!!!

Lacking on the exercise front at the moment but also have my monthly at the mo so feeling bleh but will definitely get back to the pools once it ends! Will attempt to get to gym tomorrow.

Khm… 92.5… of course, a lot better than a gain. You’re right, Dee! Yet you might need to use some simple tricks to trigger further weight loss results? What do you think? You already know the tricks. Either you up your calorie consumption for a day, or eat a lot less, and continue for the rest of the days as usual. Looks like your body feels extremely comfortable the way it is now and is not willing to give up that easily. Besides, you have that muscle =)) so that also might be the reason you keep seeing the same numbers on your scales for such a long time, i.e. you lose the fat and gain the muscle. Still, if there is any possibility to have one day up or down in calories, you might try it. It might work. And don’t forget to drink that tea!!!

Keep it up and yes, go you! No stop till you drop the unwanted kgs. =) You’re doing great and going fantastic! 13 kg down - that's a huge result!!! Take care!

Hey there, fabulous lady! Fingers crossed for those scales to be showing the real weight! You just have to use the same you used before to make sure the readings are correct. But being super-happy and motivated is something no one can forbid you! =)


Ok, I’ll be waiting for your news about the pool and so looking forward to hear that you did manage to get into the gym! =)) Working harder day by day. =) I am sure you will succeed in all this idea. You have a good menu that doesn’t seem to lack any food group, so you eat healthy and you will be able to maintain the same eating regime once you’re off Duromine. And that’s fantastic!
