@Mammaof2, I think there is a difference. When I took a closer look at the photo, it seems to me that your neck and upper part of the back are smaller. And the abdomen area looks smaller, as well. And the rear side =) is rounder. DO you exercise, or it’s just due to the muscle tension when you decorate the cakes? If you have the opportunity to introduce any exercises, it will do heaps good for your figure. I have a feeling that your body will be shaping seriously, if you add any loads. For example, when you are decorating, or making the decorations, you can set an alarm clock for every 30 minutes, for example, and do a set of exercises at a fast pace. For example, first, you do 20 lunges, then 20 squats, then 20 pushups with your hands pressed against a wall, then you do exercises for the breast area, like these:
it will extend the time that it takes you to do the decoration, BUT you will tone your body without noticing it, and will slowly increase endurance. A huge advantage is that you will not let blood flow slow down in your pelvic area and will let your spine have its portion of movements.
@Bilby80 Heeeey. C’mon hop back on track! Let this period of partying be your “alternation”. Now focus on keeping to your proper nutrition and increase the loads. This will provide a serious calories deficiency, and you can lose the weight you gained during this period a bit faster. Don’t be scared of the scales. Just keep in mind that you need to continue like nothing happened – in a merry and motivated manner. Fingers crossed for a good week for you!
@Ashleigh, welcome! Make this beginning of the weight loss journey a new chapter of your life and enjoy making the illustrations to it with the changes in your body. Drink more water, eat properly and increase your physical activity, and, of course, best of luck!
