Haaa omg really!
I think I have a pretty high pain threshold , though the second nip did hurt as the first took all my endorphins LOL
And I'll let you know how the next tattoo goes next month, I know after three hours on my thigh I was starting to feel pain so three hours on my inner arm may just kill me!! Hope not I don't want to die yet! Need to fi ish my Duromone first!!
Oh and you know the belly hurts less than the ears! So I say get a belly one done once You get to goal!! Yay yay yes

I'm about an 18f (22 in clothes) and have the best sports bra ever, I got it from dfo in Melbourne at the bendon outlet. It's bendon brand, It's a cross back bra, so can be tricky to get on the first few times but so worth it! I do an attempt at jogging and find it very comfy. I can't wear it all day though, as its tight how I like it, too tight for every day wear though.
Before that I always wore berli sports bras and loved them too, but wore them as an everyday bra.
Oooh thank you! I'm headed to Melbourne next week so I'll check them out!

When I lose weight I'm a 14C but still mudflats did look at getting boobs when I lost the 40kgs BUT they are $20,000 and I'd rather buy a car with that so did Can't drive around d in your boobs now can you .

Maybe try City chic for bras and workout gear? They always have sales on and I love their clothes especially the jeans .
I love city chic bras, that's where I normally get them from, but I was reading reviews on their website about their sports bra, and people were not pleased! Oh how I wish I could wear jeans! I haven't owned a pair in at least 10 years. My thighs are far too repulsive! Purely a dress girl!

Haha.. oh you fire warden you..!! I LOVE jeans - but havent worn them for years.. I have two pairs ready and waiting for me to fit into them.. every winter I tell myself- next winter.. hopefully I mean it this time!

Ive taken a photo of my serious muffin top that cant move the zip at all from the bottom... yep.. I squeezed into a pair.. i stood still though- if I dared to take a step, Im sure I would have busted them... can't figure out how to upload from my ph .. If i work it out, I will...

Dresses - I wear, but I wear the comfy stretchy shorts under - so my legs dont argue amongst themselves and I dont chafe.. also stops the nundies from rolling under the tummy... gees I hate that!!

You'll get on to them next winter chicken, Think positive!
Oh haaaaa have you ever laid down to put jeans on and think oh yessss then stood up and bang you can't breathe LOL, That's why I like jeans with LOTS of stretch!! And city chic are seriously the best! And are forgiving for about a five kilo gain

I've tried the shorts under dresses like the bike pants but the fat budges out the bottom so what's that called?? Muffin bottoms? Oh it's so not pretty!! But than again at times I spose it could just be bad to me and not others? Like how we see ourselves but others don't??
Still don't want to chance blinding anyone
Oh get nanna nickers !! Then they can't roll!
Omfgggg that reminds me I tired on a suck me in suit ONCE and helllll noooo never again!! It took me half hour to get the bloody thing on , I was breaking out in sweats, panting like a dog and once I managed to wiggle every once of fat into it stood up and couldn't breathe bahaaaaaa oh dear god I couldn't get it off fast enough!! I looked like a fat sausage and that thing smoothed NOTHING! Good god they should be illegal!! And every time I see them hanging in my wardrobe I just get these scary flashback of how it nearly killed me!!

Hope your days going well xxxxx

I haven't had a pair of Jean jeans in ages too, but I LOVE kmarts materity jeggings... Hahaha. They pull up so easily, flattery out your belly, and only $20! Win win. Haha. i barely have any clothes coz I refuse to shop, I get so embarrassed - one time my partner was with me and I was getting frustrated (it was summer, I hate summer coz I hate shorts or dresses or anything that shows my legs) because I couldn't find anything I would wear at work to keep me cool. So he's helping me look, then he yells across the racks "oh I found a 16, that SURELY is gonna fit"... Well, no, it surely would not fit and I stormed out the shop after that lol

Oh I love leggings can't pull off jeggings I have funny shaped leg like toned at the bottom (kind of) then my knees look like a vajayjay!! True! Then huge thighs I find jeans hide them better
I am a shopaholic and oh yes I buy all these clothes and look at them in the wardrobe I tend to live in the Same clothes but that doesn't stop me from buying, I'm hopeless!
Hope your days going well Zoelee xxx

Hahaha! I know what you mean, I don't think I pull off anything at the moment to be honest I kind of just have to wear something so that's my best option! Lol.
And won't it be awesome when you can go out buying all these clothes and actually wear them! Haha i loved shopping when I was thinner, just not now when i walk in a store and everyone's like giving you the "nothing will fit you" or "you can't pull that off" look . lol

Hi there.
Every one is different with regards to how often they weigh themselves. There is no right or wrong way. There's just your way :p
Ill be completely honest here, whether you're on Duromine or not, putting in 2 kilos in 2 days is not typical for anyone. Without stating the obvious and sounding like a half wit, are you sure your scales are working?? o_O
I've been on and off Duromine since the start of the year and I've come to learn quite a lot over this period on what helps me loose weight.

Can I ask you afew questions?
-what you have been eating and drinking these past two days
-have you been calorie counting everything you consume?
-what is your BMI?

Xx

Well, now you mention that, my initial weigh in was at the GP and I came in at about 101kgs, which I said 'oh that's so much better, at home I'm 104kgs'.
I was having a moment because I saw 103kgs and had a small freak out.

Also the scales are older. Probably time for an upgrade.

All I have been drinking in the two days have been my usual morning coffee, and water. I have found that I can do only one coffee the last two days because I don't feel the need for my second or third.
For breakfast I have been having a breakfast muffin thing which I made which is only egg, capsicum, ham, corn and some pepper. I'm lactose intolerant so I don't add any milk or cream or cheese to it and my coffees are soy.
Lunch has just been left overs, my partner and I cooked up some chicken and steamed some vegetables the other day so I have been taking that. But I find I can't eat most of it. Eg. He gave me three strips of chicken breast and I could only eat one and a bit. The veges are just steamed broccoli. For dinner tonight my step mum did steamed salmon and bok choy.
I havnt been calorie counting (my GP didn't say anything about doing that) but my portion sizes have been significantly smaller, and even then I don't have the appetite to eat it but I force myself to eat a small amount and then I am done.

My BMI I think is in the 35ish area if i remember right.

Haha thats great news. You haven't put on 2kgs in 2 days at all. You've lost 1 kg on 2 days ;) good stuff.

I know its early days for you and it'll take you a while to get used to stuff, but look into calorie counting. You wont believe what youll learn about food and your body doing that. And it makes it easier keeping the weight off long term. I wouldnt have acheived the successful weightloss I have without it. Things work differently for everyone, but keep it in mind for the future.
Good luck in your journey. Its easy to eat very little in the first few weeks but without teaching yourself how to eat healthy then its harder to stick to when your off duromine. I wish you a healthy and happy journey xx

Get yourself a new pair of scales (digital is best I think). And only weigh yourself on those ones. Even when you weigh at the doctors, ignore it. Only focus on one pair of scales because some are inaccurate. The doctors could even be wrong as they're old or maybe not on a flat surface.

Hi guys,

I'm on day two of Duromine 30mg.

I have 140lb to lose, my start weight was 378lb. I've always been big but gained a lot of weight in the last 5-6 years.

Day 1 was better than I thought it would be, it's the start of day two and I'm feeling really optimistic.

Are there any guys here still?
