Yeah im not too I overweight, my him fluctuates between 24.5 and 25....
I thought the same thing, so I did get a PT but she made me do exercises that weren't right for my body shape, I want to shred not gain mass...and my body gains muscle easily and now my pant size has gone up 2 sizes because she's built too much muscle in my legs so now I feel even more hideous
I got a cheap cross trainer for Xmas so hopefully that works...it's not a good one like the ones you get at a gym but I'm hoping till still work (it's quite a steep step and isn't smooth... if that makes sense which makes it slightly uncomfortable to use).
