Got on the scale, and I the result of no D , is my weight is the same ....so thankful !! ... Now to get that weight moving DOWN on the scale again, back on D ,all good, slept well even though it was only 5 hours, rested well .. BRING ON WEEK 9 so ready for it !!! HAVE A FAB WEEK EVERYONE . YOU...
