So I'm four weeks in and I am definitely not upset with the progress I've made so far. All up, I've lost 4.6kgs which averages out to about 1.1(.5) kgs per week. I have seen others say that they've lost that amount in one or two weeks, but I am not discouraged. I would prefer to lose it steadily...

weekends can be so frustrating sometimes, with wedding, parties etc. it gets a bit difficult to stay focused. so this weekend it will be just me and myself only. no functions. I did not do enough walkings this week, so I must cover that lost time over the weekend.

Woo hoodoo! Officially happy to say - good bye 90's!!! And welcome to the 80'same - finally on 86.6Kg's. I've been doing the military diet for 2 days, and I can definitely see an improvement. Bring on 85 - my first mini goal! Happy Friday ladies, fight the good fight this weekend!

Age 30 Height 160 cm Hip 127 cm Waist 112 Bust 106 Size 18-20 SW 93kg CW 88kg GW 75kg Total loss of 5 kg and 10 cm overall 5kg down in 4 weeks. May not seem like much to some but it's so awesome in my eyes. Going to start taking D everyday, docs orders. Wish me luck x

I always feel a little less energized and motivated on my off days. Managed to score a job interview next week! Yay! Fingers and toes crossed for that. Went for a 3km walk around 3pm. Muscles are super sore from yesterday's workout. Yay! Down another 400g too. Still winning!

SW 93kg CW 90.8 GW 68kg Loss of 2.2 Had an active morning. 3km walk with the dog, cut it short as it starting pouring with rain. Did 2 mins of skipping and 4 rounds for time of 20 sit ups 10 squats 5 30kg split jerks Managed 10 mins exactly. Pushed super hard to not give up. Winning
