I am becoming incredibly despondent. Monday morning I weighed 90kg, Tuesday morning 90kg and this morning I am 90.3kg. I have not cheated once on my meals plan, have only been drinking water...
Weigh in day today and I feel fantastic. 3.3 bad boys down. So excited!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe how much easier it is to loose weight now I am not starving hungry all the time. I so believe now that my goal weight is achievable. BRING IT ON!!

Well its day 5 and I am feeling pretty good. It is definitely a strange feeling not being hungry all the time.

I can't believe that I am almost there. I just need to focus and stay possitive. I struggle to drink water as it is so cold during the day, but I try my best. This was not a good month but I will not let that demotivate me. I need to work a bit harder and increase my workout a bit.:p
